Processing Times

• Standard Orders: Processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

• New Releases: During high-volume periods (like our Summer Release), please allow up to 3 business days for tracking to update.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS to ensure reliable tracking from our warehouse to your door.

• Free Shipping: Spend over $50 to unlock free standard shipping.

• Local Pickup: (Optional) If you're in the Twin Cities area, select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip the shipping fees!.

Tracking Your Order

Once your Voyageurs or Art Sleeves ship, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the status.

Packaging & Protection

We take "Premium Protection" seriously. Every order is packed in recycled packing material within a cardboard box to ensure your sleeve boxes arrive in pristine, shelf-ready condition.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to Canada and Germany. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred at the border.
